Workout anywhere, anytime, on any device with this 2-week SWEAT rental.
Instructions:
1. First, complete one of the warm-ups provided or do your own 3-5 minute warm-up.
2. Next, pick one of the full-length workouts to complete. If you don’t have time for the full workout, complete as much as you have time for.
3. Finish with an ab or booty burner, then a cool-down OR just the cooldown.

You will need a mat, set of heavy weights (8-10lbs), booty mini-band, and a set of mini-weights (optional).
