Join me for 4 weeks of Booty & Abs Workouts to strengthen your core and perk up your booty! Workouts average 15-20 minutes each so you can complete them as a stand alone workout or a finisher to another workout. Your goal is to complete each of the 24 workouts over the next 4 weeks!

Equipment needed:
- mini-band
- mat
- set of weights 5-10lbs

Complete a brief independent warm-up before starting the workout or use the warm-up video provided to warm-up.
Cool down stretches are included in some of the workouts, but not all. Be sure to stretch on your own after the workout or follow the cool-down video provided.
