I created this series for busy women over 40 who would like to get fit and tone up! The workouts are designed to burn fat, sculpt muscle and increase your metabolism. You will target upper body, lower body and abs for a full body burn in under 25 minutes. Meal plan also provided if fat loss is your goal.

1. Pick a warm-up video or complete your own 3-5 minute warm-up

2. Pick a workout. I have ordered them for you, but you can also skip around.
3. Optional: repeat the workout video for a total of 2 rounds of the exercises

4. Optional: pick a short bonus burner
