Over 40 SWEAT Series 3 (24 workouts)
I created this series for busy women over 40 who would like to get fit and tone up! The workouts are designed to burn fat, sculpt muscle and increase your metabolism. You will target upper body, lower body and abs for a full body burn in under 25 minutes. Meal plan also provided if fat loss is your goal.

π You will recognize many of the exercises from my Instagram and Facebook pages. I guide and coach you through the exercises.
π Average of 20 minutes per workout with options to make the workout shorter or longerβ±οΈ
1. Pick a warm-up video or complete your own 3-5 minute warm-upβ¨
2. Pick a workout. I have ordered them for you, but you can also skip around.β¨3. Optional: repeat the workout video for a total of 2 rounds of the exercises
