I created this 6-week series for busy women over 40 who would like to get fit and tone up! The workouts are designed to burn fat, sculpt muscle and increase your metabolism. You will target upper body, lower body and abs for a full body burn in under 25 minutes. Your goal is to complete 4 workouts per week, 24 total. Meal plan also provided if fat loss is your goal.
WHAT TO EXPECT:

π You will recognize many of the exercises from my Instagram and Facebook pages. I guide and coach you through the exercises.
π Average of 20 minutes per workout with options to make the workout shorter or longerβ±οΈ
π You can complete the workouts anytime, anywhere, on any device π±π»
π Workouts are for all levels with beginner-friendly modifications shownππΌ
π Sessions consist of fat-burning cardio, muscle-sculpting strength and targeted core exercises π₯π₯π₯

π Minimal equipment needed: a set of weights (5-12lbs), a mini-band, mat and optional mini-weights (1-2lbs) or water bottles or soup cans.

* After September 21st, the series will be available to purchase and keep if you loved the workouts and want to continue using them. After this 6-week series, there will also be another series of new workouts you can participate in!
