WHAT TO EXPECT:
👙 4 weeks of workouts and accountability 🗓️
👙 3 workouts per week, 12 total 💪🏼
👙 You will recognize many of the exercises from my Instagram and Facebook pages. I guide and coach you through the exercises.
👙 Average of 20 minutes per workout (that’s just 60 minutes for the entire week) ⏱️
👙 You can complete the workouts anytime, anywhere, on any device 📱💻
👙 Workouts are for all levels with beginner-friendly modifications shown🙌🏼
👙 Sessions consist of fat-burning cardio, muscle-sculpting strength and targeted core exercises 🔥🔥🔥
