Over 40 SWEAT Series 1
I created this 4-Week Series for busy women over 40 who would like to get fit and tone up! Just because we're over 40, doesn't mean we need to accept losing muscle tone and gaining fat. We deserve to feel our best at all stages of life, even during perimenopause and menopause!
The workouts in my Over 40 SWEAT Series are designed to burn fat, sculpt muscle and increase your metabolism. You will target upper body, lower body and abs for a full body burn in under 20 minutes. Workouts are perfect for all levels, even beginners! Your goal is to complete a minimum of 3 workouts per week, 12 total. Meal plan also provided.
WHAT TO EXPECT:

π You will recognize many of the exercises from my Instagram and Facebook pages. I guide and coach you through all the exercises, giving you form tips to maximize results and prevent injury.

1. Pick a warm-up video or complete your own 3-5 minute warm-up
2. Pick a workout. I have ordered them for you, but you can also skip around.
3. Optional: repeat the workout video for a total of 2 rounds of the exercises
4. Optional: pick a short bonus burner
5. Pick a cool down video or complete your own 3-5 minute cool down and stretch
