Hi everyone! The Over 40 SWEAT OFF THE HOLIDAYS Series is a 6-week series that runs November 3rd - December 16th, the perfect time for some extra accountability around the holidays 🦃 🍽️ 🥂🎄🎅 This series will be a mash-up of previous Series 1, 2 and 3 plus some holiday themed workouts ❄️ ☃️ 🤶

I created this 6-week series for busy women over 40 who would like to get fit and tone up! The workouts are designed to burn fat, sculpt muscle and increase your metabolism. You will target upper body, lower body and abs for a full body burn in under 25 minutes. Your goal is to complete 4 workouts per week, 24 total. Meal plan also provided if fat loss is your goal.
WHAT TO EXPECT:

👙 Average of 20 minutes per workout with options to make the workout shorter or longer⏱️

👙 Workouts are for all levels with beginner-friendly modifications shown🙌🏼
