I created this 4-week series for busy women over 40 who would like to get fit and tone up! The workouts are designed to burn fat, sculpt muscle and increase your metabolism. You will target upper body, lower body and abs for a full body burn in under 25 minutes. Your goal is to complete 3 workouts per week, 12 total. Meal plan also provided if fat loss is your goal.
WHAT TO EXPECT:

๐ช๐ผ You will recognize many of the exercises from my Instagram and Facebook pages. I guide and coach you through the exercises.

๐ช๐ผ You can complete the workouts anytime, anywhere, on any device ๐ฑ๐ป
๐ช๐ผ Workouts are for all levels with beginner-friendly modifications shown๐๐ผ
