Hi everyone! The Over 40 Fit & Sculpted Series runs July 7th - August 3rd! Space is limited, so you can sign up now!

I created this 4-Week series for busy women over 40 who would like to get fit and tone up! The workouts are designed to burn fat, sculpt muscle and increase your metabolism. You will target upper body, lower body and abs for a full body burn in under 25 minutes. Your goal is to complete 3 workouts per week, 12 total. Meal plan also provided.
