Burner & Finisher Workouts are shorter workouts focused on a particular area such as abs, booty or upper body. These workouts are designed to follow your Boot Camp workout. You can also use Burners & Finishers on your alternative workout days or rest days. Consider going for a run or powerwalk for 40 minutes and follow with one of these workouts.
