Hi everyone! The Over 40 SWEAT Series 4 is a 4-week series that runs September 29th - October 26th.

I created this 4-week series for busy women over 40 who would like to get fit and tone up! The workouts are designed to burn fat, sculpt muscle and increase your metabolism. You will target upper body, lower body and abs for a full body burn in under 25 minutes. Your goal is to complete 3 workouts per week, 12 total. Meal plan also provided if fat loss is your goal.
