I created this series for busy women over 40 who would like to get fit and tone up! Just because we're over 40, doesn't mean we need to accept losing muscle tone and gaining fat. We deserve to feel our best at all stages of life, even during perimenopause and menopause!

The workouts in my Over 40 SWEAT Series are designed to burn fat, sculpt muscle and increase your metabolism. You will target upper body, lower body and abs for a full body burn in under 20 minutes. Workouts are perfect for all levels, even beginners!

This 3-Day trial includes 2 workouts! You’ll need a mat, a set of heavier weights (5-10lbs) and a set of mini-weights (1-3lbs) or water bottles.

1. Complete the warm-up
2. Complete a workout
3. Repeat the workout if you like for a total of 2 rounds
4. Complete the stretch
